Iron Rose Services provides personal and executive assistance to founders, CEOs, and leadership teams who need someone they can completely hand the details to.
I built Iron Rose because the best leaders I've worked for all shared the same problem: too much of their day was going to things only they could technically do, but didn't need to be the one doing.
My background is in psychology. I hold a master's in developmental psychology, and it shapes how I work as much as any calendar tool does. I read people quickly, I stay calm when things get complicated, and I make good judgment calls without needing everything spelled out. I currently provide day to day executive support to a startup co-founder, and I'm building Iron Rose to bring that same level of attention to a small number of additional clients.
This isn't a one-off errand service. It's a long-term working relationship with one person who learns how you operate and quietly makes your life run better.
A single point of contact to handle all things, so nothing falls through the cracks.
Full ownership of your calendar, including conflict resolution, prioritization, and scheduling that accounts for travel time, energy, and what actually matters that week.
Inbox triage, drafting correspondence in your voice, and keeping follow-ups from falling through the cracks.
End-to-end itinerary planning and bookings, with contingency plans built in before you ever need them.
Keeping cross-functional initiatives moving through deadline tracking, status check-ins, and gentle accountability.
Coordinating service providers, contracts, and the recurring logistics of running a household or a home office.
Discreet handling of sensitive matters. NDAs honored as standard. Judgment first, always.
I work best with people who are building something and don't have the bandwidth to also run their own life.
That tends to mean founders, co-founders, CEOs, and managing partners, people whose time is the most expensive resource in the building, who need someone they can trust with both the calendar and the context behind it.
A relationship that starts small and earns its way into your daily operations.
A 30 minute conversation about how you currently spend your time, which tasks are pulling your focus away from higher level work, and what a typical week looks like for you. We'll talk through your tools, your team, and the parts of your day you'd most like off your plate, so we can both tell early on whether it's a fit.
A two week paid trial focused on a real, defined set of tasks, whether that's calendar cleanup, inbox triage, or getting a specific project across the finish line. You'll see exactly how I communicate, how quickly I pick things up, and how I handle judgment calls, before you commit to anything ongoing.
Once the trial proves out, we move into a standing monthly retainer built around the hours and scope you actually need. That includes a recurring check in call, a shared tracker so you always know what's in progress, and the flexibility to adjust scope as your business grows or changes.
Tell me a little about what's taking up your time right now.
